Just dial
*141#
select any 3G pack
your balance should be below the cost of that pack
its better if your balance is below 9 but above than Rs 1
now go to settings > phone > network and change from GSM to Dual mode
now switch off your mobile for 1 day
better if you take out your sim
and when you will insert it back you will be amazed by seeing your speed.
